Lecithin contains important  natural source of choline, inositol, linoleic acid and phosphorus, which comprises a major portion of our brain and nervous system. Choline and Inosital are vital components of all cell membranes, and play important roles in cell growth and function. Lecithin aids in emulsifying fats as well.

Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 2-3 soft gels each time, 1-2 times a day, or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Storage: Store in cool, dry place at a temperature of 15℃-30℃ (59℉-86℉). Keep bottle tightly closed.
